How to describe it

A filled silhouette works best: a cat, a star, a logo mark.
Simple outlines with no very thin parts cut cleanest.
If your drawing is only an outline, close every gap so the inside is a solid shape.

Good to know: Only the outer outline is used; inner lines are ignored, and very thin parts under about 3 mm wide won't cut well.
