Who Is Your Contracting Party (Merchant of Record)
Payments for 3D AI Studio are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as the Merchant of Record. This means the purchase contract for your order is concluded between you and Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is responsible for payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds.
3D AI Studio provides the licence to use the product and the service itself.
How to Cancel Your Subscription

Use our directly accessible cancellation function at 3daistudio.com/CancelSubscription. We immediately record your declaration and email you an acknowledgement of receipt. Support then completes the provider cancellation and confirms the effective end date.

Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
