The models you create are yours to use, including commercially. The one thing to check is the font license: the bundled fonts are open licensed Google Fonts, and for uploaded fonts you need the rights to use them in your project.

Yes. Wordmark logos work especially well: type the name, pick a font that matches the brand, add depth and a bevel, and export. The tool also imports SVG files, so an existing vector logo can be extruded the same way. For photo or raster logos, the image to 3D generator is the better fit.
This tool extrudes fonts: the exact letters you type become 3D geometry, which is what you want for titles, signs, logos, and printed lettering.
