How this template works
A friends figurine starts from separate photos: one of each friend. Image Studio puts everyone together in the pose you pick, in one style, then Image to 3D builds the group as a single printable piece.

Image Studio (GPT Image 2.5 Flare) receives every photo, keeps each friend's face, hair and outfit, poses the group as you picked with every hand visible from the front and a little space between everyone, and stands them on one shared base on white.

Image to 3D (Prism 3.1) turns the group render into one textured 3D model.

Tips for the best result
- Upload one clear photo per friend; selfies work, the bodies are reconstructed.
- Faces should be well lit and not too small.
- A group photo works too, as long as everyone is clearly visible.
Do it yourself for more control
- Describe your own pose in the Image Studio prompt, like holding a trophy together or pointing at the camera; keep every hand in front of the bodies and a little space between everyone, so nothing floats or merges in 3D.
- Use Ultra mesh quality for three or four friends.
- Use Add Base for a wider plinth with room for your names.
Good to know
Up to four friends per figurine; with more people each face gets too small to keep a good likeness.
Run this template from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
Connect the 3D AI Studio MCP to your AI assistant and paste the brief into the chat. It runs the same steps with the same prompts and settings, shows you the result in the conversation and saves it to your library.
- Connect the MCP once in your account settings. It's included in every paid plan.
- Copy the brief.
- Paste it into a new chat. Your assistant opens an upload card for your photo, then runs every step.

My photo(s): I'll hand them over when you call upload_image. Pose: Side by side Style: Stylized Follow these steps in order. The prompts and settings are the template's own, so use them word for word. 1. Get my photos Call upload_image with purpose "Photo for the Friends Figurine template" so I can hand them over (images attached in the chat don't reach the MCP). I can upload up to 4 photos of the same subject; use all of them. 2. Put my friends together Call edit_image_gpt with my uploaded photo(s) in images, quality "low", output_format "png" and this prompt: """ The photos show two to four friends, usually one person per photo; all of them are the subjects. Keep every person instantly recognisable through what identifies them: face shape, features, hairstyle, hair colour, skin tone, glasses or beard, and their outfits with colours and patterns. Their real body proportions do NOT carry over: head size, body, arms and legs follow the style below exactly, the same for everyone. Every arm and hand stays fully visible from the front: never link arms, never wrap an arm around or behind another person's back, waist or shoulders, and no one stands in front of anyone else. Keep a clear gap of empty background between the people: their bodies, shoulders, arms and legs never touch or overlap, except the hands or held objects the pose joins. Every arm is held slightly away from its own body with visible space between arm and torso, never pressed against it or folded across the chest. Their shared base is wide enough to keep these gaps. Do NOT copy any face from the photo: re-create every head, face and hair in exactly the same style, material and finish as the rest of the figures, with no photographic skin texture and no head that looks pasted on. Each photo may show one of the people or several of them together, and several photos may show the same person. Every distinct person appears exactly once: nobody missing, nobody duplicated and no extra people, and strangers in the background are left out. The photos may be cropped or show only faces or upper bodies: reconstruct each person's COMPLETE body from the top of the head to the feet, including legs and shoes, complete and believable at the proportions of the requested style, keeping their heights relative to each other. Never crop, cut off or hide any part of anyone's body, never show busts or half figures, and do not leave anyone outside the frame. Style: a premium designer vinyl collectible toy. Proportions: the head is about one third of the total height, slightly larger hands and feet, a compact body. Everything is simplified into soft, rounded, smooth shapes with no fine texture: hair as a few big sculpted chunks, clothing as clean simple shapes with only the main folds. Face: simple painted eyes with a small painted white highlight, a small simple nose, a clean friendly smile. Flat, clean, slightly saturated colours taken from the outfit, smooth matte vinyl finish. Base: a plain round matte white base. Pose: the friends stand side by side with a small gap between them, relaxed and smiling, each giving one thumbs-up with the elbow bent out to the side and the hand held away from the body at chest height, the other arm hanging relaxed slightly away from the body. They all stand together on one shared round base, which joins the group into a single printable piece. Transform the subject into a single collectible figurine: the entire figure visible from head to toe with generous empty margin above the head and below the base, standing upright on a small, plain, round, flat base, perfectly centered, facing the camera straight-on in a frontal full-body view, with balanced margins on all sides and nothing cropped. Chunky, sturdy proportions with no thin fragile parts. Even, soft studio lighting with no harsh shadows. Isolate cleanly on a flat, seamless, pure white (#FFFFFF) studio background: no other objects, people, props, text, logos or shadows on the background, and clean accurate edges without halos. A sharp, clean product render of the physical figure. Most important: every figure, heads and faces included, is unmistakably in the stylized look described above, all of them together as one consistent physical object, with no photographic part. Light and surfaces: soft, even, diffuse studio light from the front, and at most a soft satin sheen: no mirror-like gloss, no bright white hot spots or glare, and no reflections of lights, windows or surroundings. """ 3. Build the 3D model Call generate_prism_3_1 with the task_id of the image from step 2 in images, texture_model "3.5", texture_quality "fast", geometry_quality "standard", pbr false, lighting_removal false. 4. Export Export it for printing: call convert_model on the 3D model with output_format "3mf" (or "stl" if I ask for it), plus max_size and unit "cm" if I gave you a print size. After each generation call, keep polling get_generation with its task_id until it completes, then show me the result with show_generation before you start the next step.
