Heilbronn, April 12, 2026. 3D AI Studio today announces the launch of Team Workspaces and Shared Projects, a major new feature set that transforms the platform from an individual creative tool into a collaborative workspace for professional studios, agencies, and creative teams. Teams can now pool credits, share project folders, and track every generation back to its creator, all within the same browser-based platform used by over one million creators worldwide.

One Workspace, Shared Credits, Full Visibility

Team Workspaces introduce a new context mode that lets team members work from a shared credit pool. When a team member switches to team mode, every generation they create — whether it is a 3D model, an image, a texture, or an audio clip — uses the team’s credits and becomes visible to the entire team. Each team member can switch freely between personal mode and team mode, keeping personal work separate from team assets.

The Team Workspace tab provides a real-time view of everything the team is creating. Generations show the creator’s name and profile picture, so teams always know who made what. Member filtering allows managers to quickly review an individual contributor’s output without leaving the workspace.

Shared Project Folders

Shared Projects bring folder-based organization to team workflows. Any team member can create a project folder visible to the entire team, and every member can add, organize, and browse assets within it. Each member can set their own default project, so their team-mode generations automatically land in the right folder without manual sorting.

Project cards show the creator’s identity at a glance, and opening a team project from the workspace reveals all files with full creator attribution. This makes it straightforward for leads and art directors to review assets, provide feedback, and maintain consistent quality across the team’s output.

Built for Studios and Agencies

The team feature is designed for the way professional studios actually work. Team owners purchase credits once, and every team member draws from the shared pool. There is no need to manage individual subscriptions or manually redistribute credits. Invite codes with configurable expiration and usage limits make onboarding new members fast and secure.

Role-based permissions give team owners and admins control over who can delete projects, while any member can create, rename, and organize. When a team is dissolved, all team projects transfer cleanly to the owner’s personal account with no data loss.

Context-Aware Across the Entire Platform

Team context is not limited to the dashboard. Every generation tool on the platform — Text to 3D, Image to 3D, AI Texturing, Image Generation, Audio Generation, Video Generation, and all processing tools — automatically uses team credits and tags generations with the team when a member is in team mode. Default project assignment, credit consumption, and usage tracking all respect the active context without any additional steps from the user.
