After your payment, credits should immediately appear in your account. If not, check the email that received the order receipt - thats the one for login. With the correct email, you can access your credits and start creating.
Generation Issue Troubleshooting
Our tool operates with 99% uptime. During updates or feature additions, brief pauses may occur. Please wait a few minutes and then try again. If you are facing issues with Image Generation, consider converting the Images to JPG. (You can use Google) For optimal results, check out our Prompt Guidelines in the documentation.
